Mixed neuroendocrine-non-neuroendocrine neoplasm (MiNEN) is defined as a tumor composed of cells originating from neuroendocrine in the embryonic intestine and elements epithelial adenocarcinoma. To determine differentiation grade MiNEN, proliferation index was used, for which at least 500 were examined. MiNEN rare that most frequently found lower gastrointestinal tract. We present clinical case surgical treatment ascending colon.
